We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of news or market data, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with all devices.
Liability cap: Limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Excluded damages: Trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, indirect/consequential damages, data loss, service interruptions.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify CryptoWorldNews and Fascia Holdings Limited from claims arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or fraud. You may terminate anytime via account settings or support@cryptoworldnews.world.
Upon termination: access ends immediately, outstanding fees remain due, liability/indemnification/dispute sections survive.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' advance notice via email or the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law: Laws of Scotland.
