• Real-time and near-real-time market data
• Whale activity tracking and market analytics
• Subscription-based access to the platform

2. Not Investment Advice

• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions
• Always consult qualified financial advisors
• CryptoWorldNews does not guarantee profits or accuracy
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your login credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via account settings or support@cryptoworldnews.world. Takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Refunds: No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law (including 14-day statutory cooling-off period)
• Payment: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Share account credentials
• Reverse engineer or extract our algorithms
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data via automated tools
• Commercially redistribute our content
• Use the Services for illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use it to provide the Services.

Our content: All content, ChatGPT briefs, software, and materials are owned by CryptoWorldNews or our licensors.

Third-party content: News and data from third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of news or market data, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability cap: Limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Excluded damages: Trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, indirect/consequential damages, data loss, service interruptions.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CryptoWorldNews and Fascia Holdings Limited from claims arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Risk Acknowledgment

• Cryptocurrency markets are inherently risky and volatile
• News and data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• No tool can eliminate investment risk
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or fraud. You may terminate anytime via account settings or support@cryptoworldnews.world.

Upon termination: access ends immediately, outstanding fees remain due, liability/indemnification/dispute sections survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' advance notice via email or the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Laws of Scotland.

Informal resolution: Contact support@cryptoworldnews.world first. We'll try to resolve within 30 days.

Court proceedings: Courts of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
